1. There is no purchase necessary to participate in, or win this contest.

2. Eligibility for this contest is NOW through July 30, 2010.

3. Contestants must be age 18 or older on or before July 30, 2010 to win.

4. Employees of and advertisers on LocalNetShopping.com/Co-Op Media Marketing, LLC are not eligible to win. Relatives of employees and relatives advertisers on LocalNetShopping.com/Co-Op Media Marketing, LLC are not eligible to win. For the purposes of this contest, relatives are defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren.

5. All contestants must be legal residents of the United States or legal aliens.

6. Contestants must have a valid e-mail account and a valid state identification in order to claim the prize.

7. The winner of the $100.00 must be a confirmed registrant on LocalNetShopping.com.

8. Contestants can submit more than one entry, but each entry must have unique e-mail address.

9. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received.

10. One hundred U.S. dollars will be awarded to the winner.

11. The winner will be selected from the list of all eligible entries received on or before July 30, 2010.

12. Winners will be notified by e-mail as the sole mode of notification. If a telephone number is provided when you enter the contest, one attempt will be made to contact the winner via telephone. No voicemails will be left when the one telephone call is made to the winner. Notifications made by email that are returned or otherwise indicated as invalid will invalidate that person from being named a winner.

13. In the event that notification to the initial winner is not achieved, another winner will be randomly selected from the eligible registrants per item 11 above.

14. The contest winner will receive the prize money on or before 30 days from the time notification is communicated to the winner.

15. The winner will be posted on the LocalNetShopping.com web site.

1. Mail in 10 receipts from 10 businesses for purchases of $10.00 or more listed on LocalNetShopping.com to get $100 cash back.

2. Contest started January 4, 2010.

3. Must be age 18 years old or older on or before July 30, 2010 to enter. Must be U.S. legal residents or possess legal alien status.

4. Employees of and advertisers on LocalNetShopping.com/Co-Op Media Marketing, LLC are not eligible to enter. Relatives of employees and relatives advertisers on LocalNetShopping.com/Co-Op Media Marketing, LLC are not eligible to enter. For the purposes of this promotion, relatives are defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren.

6. To be eligible:

   • Starting on July 30, 2010, and following, mail in ten (10) receipts from (10) businesses for purchases of $10.00 or more from any business listed on LocalNetShopping.com to get $100 cash back.

   • Original sales receipts from merchants are the only receipts accepted.

   • Original sales receipts are required to have the merchant's signature and/or initials, along with the date the receipt was obtained. In most cases, the date written on the receipt by the merchant is the date imprinted on the receipt at the time of purchase of the product or was obtained or rendered.

   • No copies of original receipts are permitted. Include on a separate sheet your your name, address, and telephone number. Please type your information. If you write, please write clearly and legibly. Illegible handwriting will invalidate your entry.

8. No limit on number of entries.

9. One hundred U.S. dollars will be awarded each time you mail in 10 sales receipts from 10 merchants listed with us.

10. Cash back awards will be determined once we receive and verify valid sales receipts.

11. Any sales receipt submission must be from merchants currently listed on LocalNetShopping.com, or listed within 30 days of entry to be considered valid.

12. Winners will receive cash back 30 days from the date we receive entries and make notification to the winner.

13. The winner will be posted on the LocalNetShopping.com web site.
